Property Education Consultant (Appointment Setter)

Insight Property Wealth is a rapidly expanding boutique property education business servicing clients all over Australia. We specialize in guiding our clients on where to best invest in key growth locations. Our office is based in Mount Waverly, Melbourne.

The Role:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic experienced Sales Consultant (Appointment Setter) to join our high-performing call centre team. Your role will focus on engaging, qualifying, and inspiring clients about the benefits of investing in property with Insight Property Wealth to help them achieve their goals and needs.

As an appointment setter/ Property education consultant, your primary responsibility will be increasing customer interest and motivating them to take action by scheduling strategy sessions with our Property Wealth Planners.

What We Offer:
✔ Generous hourly rate $60-70k salary plus uncapped OTE $120k
✔ Warm leads provided and plenty to go around!
✔ Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM

✔ Training provided - However must have sales experience
✔ Work from home 2 -3 days

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 -3 years of sales experience
- Reliable, professional, and driven to succeed
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Ability to meet daily call and talk time KPIs and contribute to a high-energy team

- Australian citizenship required
