Senior Signage Graphic Designer

Full-Time | Signage, Branding & Environmental Graphics

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Signage Graphic Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong design fundamentals, excellent attention to detail and, preferably, experience within the signage, large-format graphics or related industry.

You’ll work across a diverse range of signage and branding projects, developing creative concepts through to detailed artwork, visualisations and 3D renders.

As our Senior Signage Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing creative and practical signage solutions across a wide variety of projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing signage, environmental graphics and branded spaces

• Developing creative concepts and presentations for clients

• Creating signage layouts for internal, external and architectural applications

• Designing vehicle graphics and full or partial vehicle wraps

• Producing realistic 3D renderings and visualisations to demonstrate proposed signage

• Applying existing brand guidelines across signage and environmental applications

• Developing new visual concepts where required

• Preparing accurate, high-quality artwork for signage projects

• Creating client presentation artwork, mock-ups and proofs

• Working closely with clients, project managers and the production team

• Taking projects from initial brief and concept through to approved artwork

• Preparing client approved artwork for print, production and fabrication departments

• Ensuring designs are both visually effective and practical to manufacture and install

• Managing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high standard of work

We are looking for an experienced designer who can combine creativity with strong technical and commercial awareness.

You will ideally have:

• Significant professional graphic design experience at a senior level

• Strong experience in signage, environmental graphics, large-format print or a related field

• Advanced skills across Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

• Excellent typography, layout and visual communication skills

• Strong conceptual design abilities

• Experience designing vehicle graphics and wraps

• The ability to create high-quality mock-ups, presentations and visualisations

• Experience producing 3D renders for signage or branded environments will be highly regarded

• A strong understanding of branding and how brand identities translate into physical spaces

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Confidence communicating ideas with clients and internal teams

• A practical mindset and an understanding that great signage needs to work both creatively and physically

• Outstanding follow up skills and be happy to pick up the phone and call customers

This isn't simply an artwork production role.

We're looking for someone who can think creatively, develop concepts and bring ideas to life.

You should be comfortable receiving a client brief, exploring creative solutions and developing those ideas into professional concepts and visualisations that clearly communicate how the finished signage will look.

You'll also understand that signage design requires a balance between creativity, brand consistency, legibility, materials, scale and the physical environment.
