About the Opportunity
Seasons Sinnamon Park enjoys resort-style surrounds in the leafy Centenary suburbs. With brand new facilities opening in early 2027, this is an exciting time to be part of a growing community.
As our Assistant Community Manager, you will work closely with the Community Manager to support daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and resident satisfaction. The role involves overseeing and coordinating key functions including administration, hospitality, maintenance, and compliance, while assisting with employee management and budget accountability. If you’re someone with strong organisation and communication skills, with an eye for ensuring safety and compliance, then we want to hear from you!
This is a full-time role.
You will:
Assist with managing human resources, fostering a positive work environment and effective communication.
Assist with monitoring training of staff to ensure skills and compliance are kept up to date.
Provide timely and effective communication with residents, managing enquiries and resolving any issues.
Supervise maintenance and compliance, ensuring the community is safe and well-presented.
Assist with resident move in and departure processes to ensure a positive experience.
Ensure Work Health and Safety and environmental obligations are met.
Who we’re looking for:
You’re someone with strong organisational skills who can confidently manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent communication, problem‑solving and customer service. You’re a relationship‑builder who can lead and support a team effectively.
You’ll also bring:
2yrs+ experience in an operational based leadership role managing people and budgets.
Tertiary qualification in aged care, community services, property, or hospitality (desirable).
Exceptional computer skills and adaptability to learn new software programs (essential).
First Aid and CPR certification (desirable).
Unrestricted Australian working rights.
Current national police check.
