Casual Retail Sales Representatives – House of Supplements, Morningside

Before Cost Price Supplements became one of Australia's fastest-growing online supplement brands, there was House of Supplements, our original Morningside retail store. Today they're two sides of one business. Working in-store means being part of both: the face-to-face community of HOS, backed by the scale and opportunity of CPS.

We don't just sell supplements, we build community. We're looking for multiple casual Retail Sales Representatives to join our store team.

The role

• Delivering a great customer experience and creating a friendly, welcoming vibe in store

• Helping customers find products that suit their goals. Full product training provided, so no supplement knowledge needed

• Keeping the store clean, well stocked and presented with pride

• Representing HOS at local events and promos, building connections in our community

Who we're looking for

• A natural ability to connect with people and a genuine interest in health, fitness or wellbeing

• Attention to detail and the ability to juggle tasks, like chatting with a customer while restocking shelves

• Ability to safely lift and move stock (up to 15kg)

• Retail or customer service experience is a bonus, not a must. We'll train the right person

The details

• Hours: 20 to 30 per week, with availability from 8:45am to 6:15pm weekdays. Weekend availability is greatly preferred
