At Westpac, we're building the technology foundations that power one of Australia's leading financial institutions. We're looking for an accomplished Program Manager to lead a critical Enterprise Testing program within our Technology Transformation portfolio.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a complex, high-visibility technology program, partnering with senior stakeholders across Technology and Business teams to deliver strategic outcomes that enhance resilience, customer experience and operational excellence.

You will lead a large-scale testing and technology delivery program, driving end-to-end execution across multiple streams, vendors and stakeholder groups. You'll provide strong governance, financial oversight, integrated planning and risk management, ensuring successful program outcomes in a highly regulated environment

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading complex enterprise testing and technology delivery programs
• Establishing governance, reporting and executive stakeholder engagement frameworks
• Managing scope, budget, resources, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Driving integrated planning and quality assurance outcomes
• Building high-performing, collaborative delivery teams
• Ensuring testing strategies are effectively designed and executed
• Partnering with business, technology and external delivery partners to achieve strategic outcomes

What we're looking for …

You are a seasoned technology Program Manager with the credibility, judgement and leadership capability to influence at senior levels and navigate complex enterprise environments.

What you’ll bring to the table … 

• Significant experience leading large-scale technology testing programs
• Deep expertise in program governance, delivery management and executive engagement
• Proven success managing large budgets, complex risks and multiple interdependencies
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability across diverse business groups
• Experience working within large, matrixed and highly governed organisations
• Financial services experience will be highly regarded
• A passion for developing high-performing teams and fostering inclusive workplace cultures.
