Front Desk / Dental Receptionist

This isn't a "sit at the desk and answer the phone" job.

You're the first and last impression of our practice, and you own five things:

1. The appointment book — full chairs, no-shows chased, gaps filled before they cost us.

2. The money — every dollar in, every dollar accounted for, every day closed clean.

3. Patient arrival — every patient ready for the chair, every clinician ready for the patient.

4. Patient records & referrals — nothing lost, nothing late, nothing falling through the cracks.

5. Patient satisfaction — patients who leave happier than they arrived and tell someone about it.

You won't be micromanaged. You'll be trusted, backed, and held to a high standard — because that's what good people want.

You'll Fit Here If

• You've done front desk, dental reception, medical admin, or premium hospitality

• You're the person teammates rely on to actually follow through

• You stay calm when the waiting room is full and two lines are ringing

• A clean reconciliation genuinely satisfies you

• You like people — and it shows in how you talk to them

Bonus points for dental reception experience, dental assisting, or dental practice software
