You can help improve lives and create a positive impact in your community It’s an opportunity to enhance your skills & knowledge & gain new experiences You’ll be helping Red Cross to support vulnerable people across Australia The program    The Data, Insights and Reporting team are our centralised data, insights, analytics and reporting function - enhancing the data, analytics, and insights capabilities for joined-up reporting on impact and organisational performance as well as informed decision-making.   The opportunity    In this role, your primary focus will be supporting research projects that uncover insights to enhance the customer experience, strengthen supporter advocacy, and inform our marketing, brand, and fundraising strategies.   You’ll play a key role in enabling insight-led decision-making by helping to surface the needs of supporters and the public—ensuring their voices are heard and acted upon across the organisation.
