We're looking for Food & Beverage Attendants to join our venues across Melbourne, with casual opportunities available across our bars, pubs, bistros, restaurants and function spaces.
 

Whether you're an experienced hospo pro or someone looking to get your foot in the door, we'd love to hear from you!
 

At AVC, no two shifts are the same. You could be serving up a busy Friday night, working behind the bar, helping out across a bistro, supporting a function or making sure guests have a great experience from start to finish.
 

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, fun atmosphere
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages
• Working across the bar, floor, bistro and functions depending on the venue
• Providing great customer service and making every guest feel welcome
• Keeping your section clean, organised and ready for service
• Working closely with the wider FOH and kitchen teams to keep service running smoothly
• Helping with venue set-up, pack-down and events when required
   

What we're looking for

• Previous hospitality, bar, restaurant or customer service experience is great — but we're also happy to train the right person
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
• A positive, energetic attitude and a willingness to get stuck in
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Someone who enjoys a busy environment and doesn't mind being on their feet
• Availability across weekends, evenings and public holidays
• A current Victorian RSA is essential for front-of-house roles
• Valid Australian working rights
