About the Role We are seeking an influential and analytical IT Solutions Technical Lead to join our IT team. This role offers the opportunity to solve complex technical challenges, combine deep technical with leadership and align with the broader enterprise technology strategy
Your day to day will consist of: Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for the design, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions and integrations.Act as the technical authority on Azure integration technologies (Logic Apps, Function Apps, APIM, Event Grid, ADF, Service Bus, etc.).Review, validate, and guide solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.Provide hands-on development and troubleshooting of complex integration and application solutions.Act as an escalation point for the IT Solutions team, resolving complex incidents, performance issues, and system integration problems.Collaborate with academic and professional teams to achieve organisational objectives.For further details on role responsibilities and skills & experience required, please refer to the position description at the top of this career page.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:Extensive experience in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration and cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies.Proven expertise in Azure integration services including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Event Grid, Azure Data Factory and GitHub Actions.Strong technical understanding of APIs, REST, JSON, authentication mechanisms and integration patterns.Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership, solution design review, and guidance within project and support environments.Excellent organisational and time management abilities.The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and providing an outstanding student experience.
