With a strong reputation for outstanding customer service and a supportive, high-performance culture, we’re looking for an experienced and driven Selling Sales Manager to lead our successful sales team at Mandurah Nissan, Suzuki & MG.

About the Role

As our Selling Sales Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the new vehicle sales department, inspiring your team to achieve exceptional results while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing sales team
• Driving sales performance to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales journey
• Coaching, mentoring and supporting team members to maximise their potential
• Working closely with manufacturers, finance providers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Monitoring sales performance, profitability and departmental KPIs
• Ensuring compliance with dealership processes, manufacturer standards and Workplace Health & Safety requirements

About You

We’re looking for a confident leader who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

You’ll bring:

• A minimum of five years’ experience in automotive retail
• Previous experience leading or managing a successful sales team
• A current WA Yard Manager’s Licence
• A current WA Manual Driver’s Licence
• Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on achieving results
• A positive, hands-on attitude and commitment to developing others
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
