Experienced General Insurance Broker

BRM Insurance | Western Sydney | Full-Time

BRM Insurance is looking for an experienced and qualified General Insurance Broker to join our rapidly growing business.

This is a broad, hands-on role suited to someone who understands most general insurance products and can confidently manage different parts of the broking process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing renewals and remarketing policies

• Quoting and placing new business

• Providing general advice across a broad range of insurance products

• Liaising and negotiating with insurers and underwriting agencies

• Managing outstanding payments and debtors

• Assisting clients with claims

• Preparing policy documentation and endorsements

• Maintaining strong relationships with clients

• Supporting the wider team as required

To be successful, you will need:

• Tier 1 and Tier 2 insurance qualifications

• General insurance broking experience

• Knowledge across a broad range of insurance products

• The ability to manage renewals, new business, claims and debtors

• Strong communication and client-service skills

• Good organisation and attention to detail

• The ability to work independently while remaining part of a close team

• A positive attitude and a desire to grow with the business

Our current office is located in Western Sydney and is expected to move to Parramatta within the next 6–12 months.

We are looking for someone who can ideally commence within the next 2-4 weeks.
