Head Barista / Supervisor

No Name Lane 4215 is looking for an experienced and confident Head Barista / Supervisor to join our team.

We’re after someone who loves great coffee, thrives in a fast-paced café environment and is comfortable taking the lead during service.

• Lead and support the barista/FOH team during service

• Consistently produce high-quality coffee and specialty drinks

• Maintain coffee quality, presentation and service standards

• Assist with opening and closing procedures

• Help manage workflow and keep service running smoothly

• Support training and development of junior team members

• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked coffee station

• Deliver friendly and professional customer service

• Work closely with management and the kitchen team

• Strong barista experience in a busy café environment

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Confident with high-volume coffee service

• Reliable, organised and able to lead by example

• Great communication and customer service skills

• Available across weekdays and weekends

• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
