Reporting to the Director for Business Services & Tax, you will lead an experienced team of accountants to and provide advisory solutions to a broad range of clients and your key role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Lead, coach and advise a team of accountants

• Provide a high-level business advisory perspective to clients

• Provide oversight to ensure client solutions are robust

• Assist with the onboarding of new team members

• Support the Director for BS&T where required

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience is essential

• CA or CPA qualified 

• 5-7 years’ experience in chartered accounting  

• Advanced knowledge of different accounting software and technologies  

• Experience working within a client service environment  

• Sound understanding of Accounting Practices and Standards  

• Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

• Excellent interpersonal skills and can operate well within a team
