Centre State Waterproofing & Caulking is the leading and largest Screeding, Waterproofing & Caulking contractors in Regional Victoria's Residential & Commercial Building and Construction Industry.

Due to increased growth we are looking to expand our team of Screeders, Waterproofers and Caulkers

Skills & Experience Required:

Experience in the Domestic and Commercial Building Industry is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage time effectively
Ability to quickly learn new skills and processes
Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to completing tasks to the highest standard
Demonstrate Honesty and Integrity in all aspects of the job
Ability to adapt to different work environments and customer expectations
Willingness to work Monday to Friday and adhere to consistent work hours
Fluent in both speaking and writing in English
Hold a valid current White Card for workplace safety
Hold a valid Victorian Driver’s Licence (manual preferable)

The Successful Applicant Will:

Drive our company vehicle with paid fuel work-related trips
Have all tools and equipment provided to complete your tasks efficiently
Screed various surfaces in preparation for further Waterproofing treatments in accordance with the Industry codes
Perform Waterproofing tasks to ensure protection against water damage in accordance with Industry Codes
Work with various materials and tools to ensure high-quality finishes
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional attitude while representing our Company

Be willing to undergo random Drug & Alcohol Testing
