We have an exciting opportunity for a Landscaping Apprentice to join our team in Townsville!  

You will be working alongside our highly skilled and qualified tradespeople learning and mastering your trade.  

Responsibilities for this position include:  

• Assist in the maintenance and construction of new/replacement garden beds, retaining walls
• We mainly focus on construction of Playgrounds and lay rubber soft fall, this is our speciality
• Be willing to learn how to operate tools and equipment correctly
• Be prepared to travel for a few weeks at a time
• Work well within a team environment and be honest and reliable
• Assure quality of work is performed to a high standard in accordance with expected standards

To be successful you will need to have the following

Must have: 

• Ability to undertake manual/physical work 
• Genuine interest in landscaping 
• Punctual, reliable and energetic 
• High level of attention to detail  
• Good, strong work ethics and time management skills 
• ​Be a confident communicator 

Preferred but not essential: 

• Drivers licence 
• Living in the Townsville city area
• A white card/construction card ​
• Be prepared to get a Blue Card
• Have transport to get to work if possible

Applicants may be required to work some Saturdays.
