2nd or 3rd year apprentice landscaper

Pro Step Landscaping is expanding and we’re looking for a motivated 2nd year or 3rd‑Year Apprentice Landscaper who’s ready to step into a high‑standards, fast‑moving environment. You’ll be working alongside experienced operators, delivering premium residential landscaping projects across Sydney.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with construction of retaining walls, paving, turfing, garden builds, drainage and structural landscaping

• Operating hand tools, power tools and small machinery safely and confidently

• Supporting site preparation, clean‑ups, material handling and daily setup/pack‑down

• Working within Pro Step’s quality, safety and communication standards

• Learning advanced landscaping skills and progressing towards tradesperson level

What We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a 3rd‑Year Landscaping Apprentice or 2nd year

• Strong work ethic and reliability — shows up, works hard, communicates clearly

• Ability to follow instructions and work within a structured workflow

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and pride in workmanship

• White Card required

• Driver’s licence required
