Pro Step Landscaping is seeking an experienced Senior Landscaper who can operate confidently, independently, and uphold our high standards across residential and structural landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Laying blocks, brickwork, and structural retaining systems

• Paving (concrete, stone, large format) with precision and finish quality

• Operating power tools and small machinery safely and efficiently

• Working autonomously and managing daily tasks without supervision

• Delivering high‑quality landscaping outcomes across gardens, turf, drainage, and hardscapes

• Leading by example with workmanship, communication, and site organisation

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong competency in block laying and paving

• Confident with all landscaping power tools and equipment

• Solid knowledge of landscaping construction, materials, and site processes

• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards

• White Card required

• Driver’s licence required

Highly Beneficial

• Bobcat/skid steer operating experience

• MR truck licence

• Ability to train or guide junior staff when needed
