Qualified/Experienced Landscaper

Edgepoint Property and Hire Pty Ltd is a rapidly growing landscape construction company based in North Brisbane, delivering high-quality residential landscaping projects throughout Brisbane, Moreton Bay and the Sunshine Coast.

We're looking for an Qualified/Experienced Landscaper who is passionate about quality workmanship, takes pride in every project. We may be small, but are growing fast. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for the right person to join our team, lead on site and play an important role in where the business goes next.

You'll lead and work alongside our team delivering high-quality residential landscape construction projects including:

• Timber and concrete sleeper retaining walls

• Decks and outdoor entertaining areas

• Concrete pathways, steps and edging

• Paving and stone installation

• Fencing

• Turf preparation and installation

• Garden construction and planting

• Drainage solutions

• Excavation and site preparation

• Reading plans and setting out projects

• Operating machinery and construction equipment

• Supervising and mentoring team members on site

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or recognised equivalent)

• Minimum 5 years' experience in landscape construction

• Demonstrated experience constructing retaining walls, decks, paving and concrete works

• Current White Card

• Current Manual Driver's Licence

• Experience leading a small crew

• Ability to read plans and accurately set out projects

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team

• High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work

• Reliable, punctual and professional

• Excavator, skid steer or machinery tickets

• HR licence

• Experience operating laser levels and construction equipment
