Downer has been awarded a major Integrated Facilities Management contract with Stockland, delivering services across a national portfolio of commercial offices, retail centres, logistics facilities and land lease communities. This long-term partnership reflects Downer's strength in managing large, complex portfolios and delivering high-quality services at scale.

We currently have an opportunity for Trade Qualified Electrician join our workforce and play a key role in supporting the effective and efficient management of properties across Stockland's national portfolio, support the team at Stockland's Yennora Distribution Centre, Yennora.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities.

What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, and fault finding across residential units and common areasEnsure all electrical systems / lighting are safe, compliant, and operating efficientlyRespond promptly to maintenance requests, prioritising urgent issues that impact resident safety or comfortConduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimise disruptions and hazardsInstall, test, and maintain lighting, power outlets, safety switches, and other electrical equipmentEnsure all work is performed in accordance with relevant Australian standards and workplace health and safety requirementsWhat You'll BringCurrent Electrical Licence (NSW) issued by NSW Fair TradingTrade qualification: Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician (or equivalent)Construction White Card / CPR / LVR Certification / Valid Driver's LicenceDemonstrated experience in electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repairsStrong knowledge of electrical safety standards, compliance, and WHS requirementsGood time management, problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively.Prepared to undertake necessary pre-employment checks including National Police Check and health declaration.Working with Children's Check - mandatoryWhat You'll Bring
