Due to continued growth and expansion at our Leeton production facility, Grove Juice is seeking enthusiastic, reliable and safety-focused individuals to join our operations team.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

• Bottling Line Batching Operator
• Receival / Despatch Operators
• Bottling Line Machine Operator

About the Roles

Working as part of our production and warehouse teams, you will play an important role in ensuring products are manufactured, processed and delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities will vary depending on the role and may include:

• Operating and monitoring production equipment
• Preparing batches to production specifications
• Receiving raw materials and despatching finished goods
• Conducting quality and safety checks
• Maintaining accurate production records
• Contributing to a safe and productive workplace

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Previous experience in manufacturing, food processing, warehousing or logistics is desirable, but not essential
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Must hold unrestricted Australian working rights

Shifts Available

These positions may involve:

• Day Shift
• Afternoon Shift
• Night Shift
• Weekend work and overtime as required

Flexibility to work across varying shift patterns will be highly regarded.
