We’re seeking a fundraiser who is passionate about gender equality, innovative, willing to learn new skills, and excited to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Essential
3 years’ experience in fundraising, supporter care, administration, or a related not-for-profit role.
Strong attention to detail, with experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce NPSP preferred) and supporter data.
Demonstrated experience supporting fundraising campaigns, appeals or supporter programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a range of audiences.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to process improvements.
Highly Desirable
Experience using digital fundraising or marketing platforms such as Funraisin, Mailchimp, WordPress or similar.
Familiarity with digital analytics or advertising platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta, Google Ads).
Experience writing appeal and campaign copy.
Experience working with financial data, reconciliation, or budgets.
Basic design or content creation skills (e.g. Canva).
Experience with advanced Excel functions (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, macros).
