The Opportunity:

As Project Delivery & Capacity Manager, you’ll help balance business-as-usual operations with strategic initiatives across Anytime Fitness Australia. Working with teams across the business, you’ll provide visibility of priorities, manage capacity, and ensure resources are aligned to deliver the greatest impact for our members, franchisees and Support Office teams.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Central Operations, you’ll coordinate cross-functional initiatives, facilitate prioritisation and governance, and provide visibility of project delivery, risks and team capacity. You’ll work with stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered while supporting critical BAU activity and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capacity Planning & Prioritisation
• Maintain an enterprise-wide view of strategic initiatives and BAU activity to support effective resource planning. 
• Facilitate capacity planning and prioritisation with business leaders. 
• Identify resource constraints, competing priorities, and delivery risks. 
• Provide portfolio insights and recommendations to support Executive decision-making. 
• Maintain visibility of upcoming initiatives and future resource requirements. 
• Project Delivery & Governance
• Coordinate the planning and delivery of cross-functional strategic initiatives. 
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks and actions. 
• Facilitate governance forums and support informed decision-making. 
• Track progress, resolve issues and escalate delivery risks where required. 
• Stakeholder Engagement & Implementation
• Partner with business leaders and project sponsors to align priorities and coordinate delivery. 
• Support implementation planning, change activities, and communication. 
• Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure successful adoption and transition into BAU. 
• Continuous Improvement
• Improve project delivery, governance, and capacity planning processes. 
• Develop and maintain fit-for-purpose tools, templates, and reporting. 
• Capture lessons learned and embed continuous improvement across project delivery. 

Experience & About You:

You’re a highly organised project professional who enjoys bringing people together, creating clarity and driving progress.

• Technical Capability
• Experience coordinating projects, programs or business initiatives in a complex operational environment. 
• Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. 
• Experience identifying risks, dependencies and resource constraints, and coordinating actions to address them. 
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate information into meaningful insights and reporting. 
• Experience in franchising, retail, multi-site or service-based environments is highly regarded. 
• Experience using project management methodologies, governance frameworks and planning tools is desirable.

• Builds strong relationships and collaborates effectively across teams.
