Customer Service Consultant - Part Time

Join our Noble Park call centre team as a Customer Service Consultant, overseeing fast-paced operations to ensure accurate, timely deliveries and excellent customer service. The role requires flexibility, with predominantly afternoon/evening shifts, some morning shifts, and weekend work on a 4-week rotation. No fixed shifts, flexibility to meet business needs is essential.

The Customer Service Consultant in our call centre within our Noble Park location will be responsible for:

Overseeing the customer service operations.Ensuring high-quality customer service is maintained.Ensuring timely deliveries.Optimising the transportation processes.Manage dispatch processes efficiently within a fast-paced environment.Collaborate with various teams to streamline operations and enhance service quality.Play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and records management.Coordinate and optimise logistics operations to ensure timely delivery.

About You

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive consultant who can thrive in a busy environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
