About the Role

This is a role for someone early in their marketing career who genuinely loves brand and wants to learn what it really takes to build and protect one. As our Assistant Brand Manager, you'll work directly alongside the Brand Manager to bring campaigns, creative projects, and brand initiatives to life. It's a hands-on execution and coordination role, spanning everything from campaign briefing and creative production through to brand governance, asset management, and cross-functional coordination. You don't need to have done everything already. You need the drive, the eye for detail, and a genuine love of brand to grow fast in a team that will back you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting the Brand Manager to develop and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns from briefing through to delivery
• Managing campaign timelines, asset trackers, and project management tools to keep work on schedule
• Coordinating agencies, designers, and suppliers to ensure deliverables are met on time and on brief
• Coordinating the production of creative assets across social, digital, POS, in-store, packaging, and ATL
• Managing the creative review and approval process, making sure every asset is on brand before it goes live
• Maintaining a well-organised digital asset library so the team always has access to approved, up-to-date files
• Supporting the maintenance and communication of El Jannah's brand guidelines across internal teams and partners
• Reviewing materials from franchisees, suppliers, and partners for brand compliance, and flagging inconsistencies
• Monitoring brand sentiment, social listening, and cultural trends, and compiling competitor and category research
• Supporting the preparation of regular brand performance reports and acting as a day-to-day coordination point across teams

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 4 years' experience in brand marketing, marketing coordination, or a related role
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• QSR, FMCG, food, or retail experience highly regarded
• Exposure to campaign delivery, creative production processes, or brand management in a commercial environment
• Familiarity with project management tools, digital asset libraries, and creative review workflows such as Monday.com, Asana, or Bynder is advantageous
• Exceptional attention to detail. You notice what's off-brand before anyone asks
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication, and comfortable working with agencies and internal teams
• Genuine enthusiasm for brand, creative, and culture. You care about what things look and feel like
• A proactive self-starter who looks for what needs doing without being asked
