About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to provide practical day-to-day support.

This is a varied, hands-on role involving regular driving, errands, purchasing and general coordination. The ideal candidate will be organised, flexible and comfortable managing changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day personal and practical support

• Drive to meetings, appointments and other locations as required

• Assist with shopping, purchasing and general errands

• Collect and deliver documents, parcels and other items

• Coordinate appointments, bookings and daily arrangements

• Provide basic administrative support when required

• Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion

• Assist with other reasonable ad hoc tasks as needed
