Senior Project Manager

Chisholm is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for our Tafe Transformation Office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of a nationally significant, scalable project focused on improving student engagement, early intervention and completion outcomes across the TAFE sector.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation program of national significance.

As a Senior Project Manager, your key responsibilities include:

• Successfully lead the establishment, planning and implementation of the SPARC project in accordance with approved scope, timeframes and within budget.
• Evaluate underperforming areas of the project and work with the TAFE Transformation Director to develop and implement solutions.
• Coordinate the development of key project artefacts including the governance framework, Terms of Reference, project plan, stakeholder engagement plan, communications plan, risk management plan, progress reports and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Manage the development and maintenance of the integrated project plan, delivery roadmap, milestones, risks and issues, dependencies, and critical path.
• Demonstrate Chisholm’s values in day-to-day interactions when leading the project and workstreams.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration and input within the organisation and with external stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure the project captures lessons learned, case studies, implementation considerations and practical guidance to support broader scalability and transferability across the TAFE network
• Build and maintain strong constructive relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Work collaboratively with major stakeholders to create and manage project scope documents and schedules/project plans.

This position is assessed as partly remote capable and if this position is approved for flexible work arrangements Chisholm’s retains the right to recall to campus in the event of incidents and events that require on campus attendance.

ABOUT YOU

You are a highly motivated individual with demonstrated skills in stakeholder management including coordination of communications, change management and consultation with a variety of stakeholders.

Qualifications required for the role:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field.
• 3+ years demonstrated experience managing complex projects or workstreams.
