Transformation Delivery Coordinator

Chisholm is seeking an experienced Transformation Delivery Coordinator for our Tafe Transformation Office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Transformation Delivery Coordinator, your key responsibilities include:

• Lead and coordinate allocated project activities and deliverables to support delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, scope, quality requirements and transformation outcomes.
• Operate as a project delivery partner to Project Managers, Change Managers, Business Analysts and senior stakeholders, providing coordination, analysis, advice and implementation support across project and transformation activities.
• Develop, maintain and improve project plans, schedules, risk and issue registers, decision logs, action registers, status reports and project documentation in partnership with project managers
• Monitor and manage project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and outstanding actions, using sound judgement to resolve matters within delegated authority and provide clear recommendations for escalate as appropriate to the relevant Project Manager, Director, TAFE Transformation or Executive Sponsor.
• Coordinate and influence inputs from subject matter experts, project team members, business representatives and external stakeholders to enable the timely completion of project deliverables.
• Lead allocated transformation initiatives by leading allocated activities across business areas, project teams and enabling functions to support delivery of organisational priorities and transformation outcomes.
• Undertake business analysis activities, including process mapping, current-state review, gap analysis, impact analysis, requirements gathering and documentation of business impacts.
• Gather, analyse, document and synthesise information from multiple sources to support project planning, implementation, reporting, governance, decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Conduct investigations to understand root causes of issues, identify practical remediation options and develop improvement recommendations.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support collaboration, information sharing and delivery of transformation outcomes.
• Engage and influence stakeholders across Chisholm to coordinate project activities, clarify requirements, gather information, confirm actions and support delivery of agreed outcomes.
• Provide advice and recommendations to the Director, TAFE Transformation and project

This position is assessed as partly remote capable and if this position is approved for flexible work arrangements Chisholm’s retains the right to recall to campus in the event of incidents and events that require on campus attendance.

ABOUT YOU

You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in project coordination and experience in maintaining project documentation, schedules, registers, reports and governance records.

Qualifications required for the role:

• Relevant degree in a business or IT related discipline or equivalent combination of less formal qualifications with substantial experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields.
• Demonstrated practical experience supporting the delivery of projects, business improvement, change or transformation initiatives in a complex organisational environment
