About the Role

You will be responsible for the installation, servicing, fault finding, and programming of electronic security systems across commercial and industrial sites. Work on, enterprise solutions for respected sectors such as Local Governement, Sport, Recycling, Education and the large Private Sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of CCTV (NX Witness, Milesight, Dahua, Hikvision, AXIS), alarm, Access Control (Integriti, Inception, Tecom, Protege), and Intercom systems (Comlite, Hikvision, Acuvox)

• Programming and servicing of Inner Range Integriti & Inception systems

• Fault finding, Maintenance, and Upgrades

• Managing jobs efficiently from start to finish

• Providing professional customer service on-site and remotely

• Maintaining accurate job records via ServiceM8

What We're Looking For

We are specifically seeking experienced technicians who are reliable, self-motivated, and looking for a long-term position within a supportive team.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years industry experience

• Strong experience with Inner Range Integriti (essential)

• Experience with CCTV, alarms, and access control systems

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• High attention to detail and professional presentation

• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Required Licences

• Security Installer Licence

• Open Cablers Licence

• White Card

• Current Driver’s Licence

• EWP Licence (11m+ preferred)
