 About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager - AI to join us on a 12-month contract. As a Senior Product Manager in our Platform team, you’ll drive strategic direction and oversee execution of key product initiatives that support our Mason Stevens platform ecosystem. Working closely with stakeholders across Compliance, Finance, Client Services, and Distribution, you’ll define long-term product strategies, conduct market analysis, and deliver scalable platform solutions aligned with business goals. This role demands deep industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute long-term product strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact product releases.

• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive threats.

• Foster a customer-centric culture within the platform team.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers and analysts.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align product strategies with overall company goals.

 Required Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

• Extensive knowledge of the wealth management industry and market dynamics.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in advanced product management tools and methodologies.

• Strong project management skills.

 Required Qualifications and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
