The Role

Tarantino's is seeking energetic, self-motivated team members to fill casual FOH roles as Lead Section Waiters. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering guest experiences that exceed expectations.
Approximately 30 hours per week, with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring guest experience metrics are achieved through knowledgeable, passionate table-side service.

• In-depth knowledge of the menu and associated dietary restrictions.

• Meeting spend per head targets.

• Being in charge of a section, taking food & beverage orders.

• Knowledgeable wine service.

• Delivering food and clearing tables.

• Ensuring the venue is presented & organised to standard at all times.
