Section Waiter

About the Role

We're on the hunt for passionate hospitality professionals to join our team in a Casual or Part-Time position (15–25 hours per week).

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing your own section and providing outstanding guest service.
• Confidently handling sections of up to 20–24 guests.
• Taking orders accurately and processing them through our POS system.
• Delivering food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Maintaining a high standard of service during busy trade periods.
• Anticipating guest needs and creating memorable dining experiences.
• Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
• Contributing positively to a fun, supportive, and team-focused workplace.

What We're Looking For

• Previous hospitality experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Current RSA certificate (preferred).
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, energetic, and passionate about hospitality.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
