About the Opportunity:

We're looking for exceptional Bar Managers to join the opening team for these exciting new venues. You'll play a key role in shaping the culture from day one, leading high-performing bar teams, driving exceptional beverage experiences, and creating unforgettable moments for both our guests and our people.

Location: Melbourne CBD.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience leading high-performing bar teamsStrong leadership and people management skillsPassion for delivering exceptional guest experiencesThrives in fast-paced, high-pressure service environmentsExtensive cocktail and beverage knowledgeExperience with stock control and inventory managementAbility to build a positive team culture and strong working relationshipsExcellent organisational and time management skillsProven ability to achieve and exceed GP targetsSound understanding of labour management and Work Health & Safety (WHS) compliance
