About the Opportunity:

Maison Bâtard is seeking a vibrant, experienced Bar Manager to join our leadership team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in high-energy environments, leads from the front, and is deeply passionate about exceptional service and beverage excellence.

As Bar Manager, you will oversee all aspects of bar operations, service delivery, and team development, while embodying the values and standards of Lucas Collective. You will bring refined service skills, strong product knowledge, and a genuine guest-first approach that creates memorable experiences.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

Experience in leading high-performing bar teamsA solid understanding of management practicesExceptional service skills with a strong guest focusDemonstrate adaptability and thrive in high-pressure service periodsExtensive knowledge in cocktails and beverage productionExperience with stock control and inventory managementBuilding effective relationships and creating a team cultureOrganisational and time management skillsConsistently meeting and exceeding GP targetsLabour Management and Work, Health & Safety compliance
