Busy and growing plumbing & HVAC company - own the workflow from the phone call through to the job being completed and invoiced.

Responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls and enquiries

• Booking jobs and allocating plumbers

• Managing the daily schedule

• Handling customer follow-ups

• Creating and managing work orders

• Coordinating with plumbers in the field

• Chasing outstanding information/photos/job notes

• Rescheduling jobs when things change

• Handling customer complaints before they reach you

• Following up quotes that haven't been accepted

• Keeping jobs moving toward completion

• Preparing jobs for invoicing / making sure paperwork is complete

• General admin and office organisation

This isn’t your typical admin role. You’ll be a key part of keeping a busy plumbing business running smoothly — coordinating our plumbers, managing bookings, speaking with customers, keeping jobs moving and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll have real ownership of the day-to-day operations, working closely with the business owner and our team of 24. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, solves problems, communicates confidently and doesn’t need to be constantly told what to do.

The role is work from home, giving you flexibility while still being an important part of a close-knit, fast-moving team.
