• Receive, review, sort and distribute correspondence and documents.
• Enter, update and maintain information in company databases and record-management systems.
• Support clinician expense reimbursement and timesheet processing.
• Prepare routine letters, reports, forms, spreadsheets and administrative documents.
• Respond to telephone, email and general administrative enquiries.
• Maintain electronic filing systems.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, meetings and staff calendars.
• Check documents for completeness and follow up missing information.
• Process routine forms, invoices, applications and internal requests.
• Support recruitment staff with candidate and placement administration.
• Assist with office supplies, mail, scanning, printing and document preparation.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling personal and business information.
• Perform other general clerical duties as required.

Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant clerical or administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace and database systems.
• Strong data-entry, document-management and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in healthcare or recruitment administration will be highly regarded.
