Real Estate Sales Administrator

We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Administrator to join Ray White Malan + Co, with opportunities available across multiple Gold Coast locations.

For us, this is less about filling a seat and more about finding the right person for our team.

You’ll work closely with our sales agents and wider administration team to keep listings, campaigns and day-to-day operations running smoothly.

This isn’t an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone who understands the pace of real estate, can manage competing priorities and is confident taking ownership of their role.

We have opportunities across multiple Gold Coast offices, with location to be discussed based on the right fit.

• Managing property listings from launch through to sale

• Coordinating marketing campaigns and online advertising

• Preparing brochures, window cards and other campaign material

• Supporting agents with day-to-day sales administration

• Managing databases, documentation and client information

• Assisting with contracts and sales paperwork

• Keeping campaigns, deadlines and agents organised

• Working closely with our wider admin, contracts and marketing teams

• Providing exceptional service to clients, buyers and our sales team

You’ll ideally have previous experience in real estate administration or sales support and already understand what it takes to keep a busy sales office running.
