Medical Receptionist (Casual)

We are seeking a motivated and cheerful medical receptionist for a casual position at our friendly and busy GP clinic. This position will suit a person who has the flexibility to work various shifts as well as assisting with personal & holiday leave as required. The successful candidate will also participate in a Saturday morning roster.

The skills and experience we value include:

• Previous experience in all areas of general practice
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously in a busy clinic
• Good understanding & knowledge of Medicare, DVA and private billing
• Experience with Best Practice will be highly regarded.
