Account Executive - Cyber & Managed Services $300K+ OTE

Following sustained growth and continued investment in its managed services capability, one of Australia’s most awarded ICT managed services providers is expanding its account management team and has created a mandate for an Business Development Executive to protect and grow a defined portfolio across Sydney.

The Opportunity 

Take full ownership of a portfolio of approximately 25–30 established mid-market customers, driving long-term customer success while protecting and growing recurring revenue through renewals, cross-sell, upsell and strategic account development.

The focus is expanding customer relationships across six strategic practice areas including Managed Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Microsoft, Automation, Data & AI and Professional Services, working closely with technical specialists to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

This is a growth-critical role for a commercially minded Account Executive who enjoys building trusted relationships, uncovering new opportunities and becoming a strategic advisor to their customers.

What You Bring

• Proven success in Account Management or Solution Sales within an IT Managed Services or Technology Services environment
• Strong understanding of Managed Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Microsoft solutions
• Track record of retaining, growing and expanding mid-market customer accounts
• Commercial strength across renewals, contract negotiations and solution development
• Disciplined approach to pipeline management, forecasting and CRM
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with business and technology stakeholders
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to operate autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team
