We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our team. Successful applicants will be permanently assigned to one of the following venues:

A contemporary Two-Hat restaurant renowned for its refined dining experience, exceptional service, and innovative cuisine.

A modern French brasserie inspired by the warmth and elegance of classic French hospitality, offering premium dining in a vibrant neighbourhood setting.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will lead front-of-house operations during service while delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting a high-performing team.

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations and lead service shifts.

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with professionalism and attention to detail.

• Train, coach, and mentor front-of-house team members.

• Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness.

• Support roster implementation and labour efficiency.

• Assist with wine and beverage service while promoting product knowledge.

• Resolve guest feedback promptly and professionally.

• Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety, and workplace procedures.

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and management teams to deliver seamless service.

We're looking for hospitality professionals who are passionate about service and enjoy leading from the floor.

You will have:

• Previous supervisory experience in premium restaurants, fine dining venues, luxury hotels, or quality brasseries.

• Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge.

• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.

• A hands-on, positive, and professional approach.

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• A current NSW RSA Certificate.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Full Australian working rights.
