Recruitment Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to join the team at Cottesloe Beach Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting great people with great opportunities and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
 
Reporting to the General Manager you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across all departments. Working closely with hiring managers, you will help attract, engage, and onboard talented people who contribute to our continued hospitality success.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments.
• Prepare and advertise job vacancies across various recruitment platforms.
• Screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and liaise with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the recruitment system.
• Conduct reference checks and prepare employment documentation.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including right-to-work checks and onboarding.
• Build talent pools for current and future recruitment needs.
• Assist with recruitment campaigns, careers events, and employer branding initiatives.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key recruitment metrics.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.

 
About You
 
You are a proactive, people-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding service. You have excellent organisational skills, can manage multiple priorities, and are passionate about finding great talent.
 
Ideally you will have:

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using recruitment or HR information systems
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office
• A positive attitude, initiative, and a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of Australian employment practices is desirable.
