We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team and bring our brands to life across a broad range of creative touchpoints. Working across the Retail Zoo portfolio, including Boost Juice & Salsas Fresh Mex, you will develop artwork for local area marketing, promotional campaigns, in-store collateral, digital channels and internal requirements.
This is a hands-on creative role where you will work closely with our Marketing teams, franchise partners, internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver engaging, high-quality creative that remains consistent with each brand’s unique identity.
You will be responsible for:
Develop and design artwork for local area marketing requests across the Retail Zoo brandsCreate artwork for in-store promotions, advertising campaigns, websites, merchandise and broader marketing initiativesEnsure creative remains consistent with each brand’s established visual identity and styleProduce high-quality finished artwork across print and digital formatsSupport internal artwork requirements, including company stationery and other business collateralMaintain productive and professional relationships with franchise partners, internal stakeholders and suppliersManage multiple creative briefs and priorities while delivering work within required deadlinesProvide creative design solutions that respond effectively to the needs of each briefSupport and mentor other designers or freelancers when requiredContribute to broader creative and marketing initiatives across the Retail Zoo brandsModel the Retail Zoo values and contribute positively to the wider team
What we're looking for:
Strong experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesignHighly competent in creative graphic design, finished art, prepress, layout and typographyStrong creative thinking and the ability to develop practical design solutionsPrevious experience within retail or marketing is preferredIncredible attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracyGreat communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to take direction and respond positively to feedbackThe ability to perform under pressure and manage tight deadlinesA collaborative approach and willingness to work as part of a teamAn eagerness to learn, develop and grow within the role
