Graphic Designer

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team and bring our brands to life across a broad range of creative touchpoints. Working across the Retail Zoo portfolio, including Boost Juice & Salsas Fresh Mex, you will develop artwork for local area marketing, promotional campaigns, in-store collateral, digital channels and internal requirements.

This is a hands-on creative role where you will work closely with our Marketing teams, franchise partners, internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver engaging, high-quality creative that remains consistent with each brand’s unique identity.

You will be responsible for:

• Develop and design artwork for local area marketing requests across the Retail Zoo brands

• Create artwork for in-store promotions, advertising campaigns, websites, merchandise and broader marketing initiatives

• Ensure creative remains consistent with each brand’s established visual identity and style

• Produce high-quality finished artwork across print and digital formats

• Support internal artwork requirements, including company stationery and other business collateral

• Maintain productive and professional relationships with franchise partners, internal stakeholders and suppliers

• Manage multiple creative briefs and priorities while delivering work within required deadlines

• Provide creative design solutions that respond effectively to the needs of each brief

• Support and mentor other designers or freelancers when required

• Contribute to broader creative and marketing initiatives across the Retail Zoo brands

• Model the Retail Zoo values and contribute positively to the wider team

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

• Highly competent in creative graphic design, finished art, prepress, layout and typography

• Strong creative thinking and the ability to develop practical design solutions

• Previous experience within retail or marketing is preferred

• Incredible attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy

• Great communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to take direction and respond positively to feedback

• The ability to perform under pressure and manage tight deadlines

• A collaborative approach and willingness to work as part of a team

• An eagerness to learn, develop and grow within the role
