The Opportunity
To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plumbing Supervisor to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing all plumbing installations, maintenance, and repair projects, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant codes and standards.

This is a casual role on a 2/2 roster, offering FIFO arrangements from Cairns & Brisbane to our Project sit at Amrun, operated by Rio Tinto. Local residents to Weipa will be highly regarded.
**Please note, Amrun runs as a dry camp

About the Role.

This is a hands-on management role suited to a qualified plumbing professional who can effectively coordinate projects, manage trades and subcontractors, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

About you: 

• Extensive experience as a qualified plumber

• Proficient in reading and interpreting plumbing plans, specifications and schematics

• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and teams

• Proven ability to coordinate, motivate and lead plumbing teams to deliver projects on time and to budget

• Commitment to safety and quality, with a proactive approach to risk management

• Relevant trade qualifications and licenses, including a current driver's licence
