Zeller is searching for a hands-on and data-driven marketing specialist to focus on driving adoption and growth across Zeller's ecosystem of payments, POS, and financial services products. You will achieve this by analysing and understanding the product adoption funnel, and deploying / optimising campaigns to targeted segments of merchants that educate on our product value propositions, and motivate them towards trial and active usage.

You will deeply understand Zeller's customers and our products, then build and execute campaigns across a variety of channels including content, email, video, web, SEO, AEO, social media, in-product marketing, paid, and more. You'll be responsible for delivering major product launches / GTM, ensuring that every asset you deliver communicates a product benefit that the end-user values, and educates them on the benefits for utilising this feature within their Zeller Account.

This role is based in Zeller's HQ in Melbourne, Australia, but is responsible for product marketing globally (UK and Australia) with the support of the wider marketing team.

Responsibilities:

Own the analysis, monitoring, and optimisation of the adoption funnel for every Zeller product.
Deliver compelling product and feature positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate Zeller and drive product utilisation.
Own and lead go-to-market planning and launch marketing for all major product and feature releases.
Partner with CRM, SEO and Web, PR, Content, Paid and Social Media colleagues to build acquisition, lifecycle, and x-sell campaigns that accelerate product adoption.
Work with Product Managers to understand product usage, to help identify opportunities to x-sell products to merchants at the optimal stage in a merchant's lifecycle.
Build and manage ongoing customer segmentation, enabling you to target personalised messages that communicate product benefit(s) on a 1:1 level.
Track product adoption performance and optimise for growth through continuous testing.
Own a budget and ROI assessment of incentives and paid marketing investment to drive product adoption.
Collaborate with in-house design teams to develop product marketing and campaign assets for use in email, website, and other channels.
Review local competitor products and marketing, to identify the optimal product positioning Zeller should be targeting.
Support cross-functional teams such as Sales and Account Management with sales enablement material.

Skills and experience required

3+ years of experience in a product marketing or go-to-market capacity at a multi-product software / SaaS company.
You have a growth mindset — you're hungry to achieve your individual and team KPIs.
Hands-on experience working closely with Product Managers to represent market requirements, and with Marketing Managers to support campaigns and launches.
Experience deploying measurable offers, incentives, or promotions that accelerate adoption.
An ability to craft compelling value propositions, positioning and product messaging.
An excellent collaborator, influencer, and cross-functional working style.
Project and time management skills.
Experience and comfort working independently, and as a part of a team
Agile, ambitious, and motivated to be the best at everything you do.
Tertiary education, or a track record of relevant experience that proves it wasn’t needed.

The 'Nice to Haves':

Previous experience in the fintech, finance or banking industry.
Previous experience working with a B2B product or service.
