Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to create and execute communications strategies across all market touchpoints that have delivered growth in line with the strategic plans and have had clear ROI outcomes.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market trends, customer insights, and commercial data into actionable growth opportunities.
• Demonstrated success leading new product launches, portfolio optimisation, pricing strategies, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence customers, industry partners, and cross-functional teams across ANZ.
• A collaborative and commercially minded leader who can build high-performing teams, foster strong relationships, and drive results through others.
• A proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces change, and is passionate about delivering innovative solutions to market.

What you’ll bring with you

• 10+ years’ experience in senior B2B marketing roles that have had full mix responsibilities including product portfolio management, new product development and category leadership, with a proven track record of driving growth, brand performance, and commercial results.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to translate market insights, trends, and data into effective growth strategies and business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of the ANZ rural and commercial sectors, including key customers, industry stakeholders, regulatory environments, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills, enabling you to engage credibly with customers, industry bodies, and cross-functional teams.
• A strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution, capable of leading complex projects, product launches, and marketing initiatives from concept through to delivery.
• An agile, collaborative, and solutions-focused leadership style, with experience developing high-performing teams and successfully delivering results through others.
