As we continue to invest in innovation, product development and market growth, we're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our marketing strategy and help build a high-performing marketing function.

Reporting to the CMO and managing an existing Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in connecting product, sales, innovation and marketing to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial outcomes.

About the Role

As Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for translating strategy into action.

You'll own the execution of the marketing plan, lead campaigns and content, manage agency partners, deliver product launches and drive digital performance across the business.

Working closely with the Sales, Specification, Product and Innovation teams. You'll ensure Criterion's value proposition is consistently communicated across every customer touchpoint.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and rolling up their sleeves to get things done.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring our marketing strategy to life, delivering campaigns that support business growth and strengthen our market position.
• Own our content and creative direction, keeping content fresh, relevant and aligned with our brand.
• Grow our digital presence through website optimisation, SEO, SEM and lead generation initiatives.
• Equip our sales and specification teams for success with high-quality marketing materials, tools and collateral.
• Use data to drive decisions, tracking campaign performance, marketing ROI and opportunities for improvement.
• Be the guardian of our brand, ensuring a consistent and compelling customer experience across every touchpoint.

About You

You are a commercially minded marketer who understands how marketing contributes to growth.

You enjoy building structure, driving execution and collaborating with different teams to bring ideas to life.

You'll ideally bring:

• 2+ years' experience in a marketing leadership role.
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong digital marketing, content and lead generation capability.
• Experience managing agencies and external suppliers.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.

Highly Regarded

• Experience in building products, manufacturing, construction or related B2B industries.
• Experience engaging architects, designers, builders or trade channels.
• Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation and analytics platforms.
• Experience supporting product launches and innovation programs.
