Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our leadership team to deliver on the next phase of our growth plan.

Reporting directly to the CEO, your overarching responsibility will be to innovate and execute the Floorworld digital, social, ecommerce and above-the-line marketing strategy. As the custodian for the Floorworld brand look, feel and voice, you will lead the marketing team to implement the plan, whilst ensuring inclusive stakeholder engagement with our members and trade partners. This is a hands-on role, and no two days will be the same.

Key responsibilities

• Innovate and execute the Floorworld digital, social, ecommerce and above-the-line marketing strategy

• Lead the marketing team to implement the plan

• Ensure inclusive stakeholder engagement with members and trade partners

• Develop and implement successful brand marketing plans encompassing above-the-line, store, social and digital platforms

• Manage budgeting, analysis, and P&L management

• Set clear mandates for your team and coach them to execute the marketing strategy in alignment with company values and purpose

About you

• Bachelor's degree in marketing

• Minimum of 7 years in a similar Marketing Management role leading direct reports

• Lived experience within a Franchise, retail and/or B2B business model where the customer purchase cycle mandates long-term customer brand engagement

• Proven experience developing and implementing successful brand marketing plans encompassing above-the-line, store, social and digital platforms

• Working knowledge of how to use and maximise efficiencies using AI platforms, WordPress and marketing essential tools

• Marketing all-rounder with high energy, willing and able to work between strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment with a small team

• Strong commercial acumen and skilled at budgeting, analysis, and P&L management

• Excellent English language skills, strong communicator, influencer, and negotiator

• Ability to engage with and manage a diverse stakeholder group to deliver agreed outcomes

• Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
