ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYWe’re looking for an organised, curious and digitally-minded Ecommerce Optimisation Coordinator to join our IT team. Reporting to the Ecommerce Product Manager, you’ll support the ongoing optimisation and performance of DECJUBA’s ecommerce platforms, helping coordinate website enhancements, fixes, testing and digital projects that improve the online customer experience.
Working across Ecommerce, Customer Experience, IT Projects and external technology partners, this is a great opportunity to build your Ecommerce career and get hands-on across the digital customer journey. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the delivery of ecommerce website fixes, enhancements and digital project initiativesLog, track and follow up website issues through to resolutionGather and document requirements for website improvementsMaintain project trackers, action lists and enhancement updatesSupport UAT across website enhancements, fixes and releasesSupport post-launch reviews and ensure enhancements are working as expectedCoordinate project updates, timelines and outstanding actions across stakeholdersWork closely with Ecommerce, Customer Experience and IT Project teamsSupport coordination with external agencies and technology providersAssist with enhancements across platforms including Shopify, Yotpo, Refundid, Klaviyo and AthosResearch competitor websites, digital trends and Ecommerce best practice
WHAT YOU’LL BRINGPrevious experience in Ecommerce, Digital, Retail, Project Coordination or a related areaStrong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent attention to detailClear written and verbal communication skillsA proactive, positive and solution-focused approachConfidence working with different teams and stakeholders, as well as following up outstanding actions to keep work movingAn understanding of online customer journeys and website functionalityExposure to Shopify or another Ecommerce platform is highly regardedExperience working with external agencies is advantageous, but not essential
