Ecommerce Manager

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on eCommerce Manager to take full ownership of our online channel. From daily trading and merchandising through to site development, SEO and customer experience, you’ll be accountable for how the channel performs and where it goes next.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, you’ll run the day-to-day while leading the projects that grow it, sitting at the centre of our digital ecosystem as the person who connects strategy, data and execution.

This role is ideal for someone ready to step into a high-impact leadership position where they can combine strategy, execution and commercial thinking!

Your Impact

• Own the end-to-end performance of the eCommerce website, driving sales growth through CRO, customer experience improvements and conversion tool optimisation
• Build and execute the promotional and trading calendar, managing onsite merchandising, product launches and category optimisation to maximise revenue at every touchpoint
• Oversee content workflows and ensure all products and campaigns go live accurately, on time and on brief
• Lead website development projects in collaboration with developers and external agencies, delivering enhancements and new functionality that move the needle
• Analyse customer behaviour, website performance and trading data to uncover growth opportunities, while supporting international expansion and marketplace integrations
• Collaborate with teams across the business to optimise the customer journey and support wider digital growth
• Manage the digital tools, platforms and integrations that support the channel, working with internal teams and external partners to keep everything running smoothly
• Get involved across the wider digital function, jumping between projects and priorities to support the team wherever the business needs it most

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ hands-on eCommerce experience in retail or fashion
• Skilled across CRO, SEO, merchandising and website optimisation, with confidence managing development teams and digital projects
• Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable decisions
• Comfortable thinking strategically and getting hands-on, with the ability to thrive when pace and priorities shift
• Passionate about customer experience, digital innovation and online growth
• Experience with marketplace platforms is a bonus but not essential
