About the opportunity 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team in our Charlestown office. 

This is a part-time position offering 22.5 hours per week, which may be worked across three days or through an equivalent arrangement. The role is performed onsite at our Charlestown office and is not a work-from-home or hybrid position. 

You will support a broad range of marketing activities, including digital advertising, social media, website management, email marketing, content development and video editing. This varied role would suit someone who is digitally capable, organised and comfortable working collaboratively with colleagues and senior stakeholders. 

What you’ll do 

In this role, you will: 

• assist with the coordination of traditional media and digital advertising campaigns;
• develop and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, fact sheets, business cards and professional profiles;
• plan, create and manage content for the firm’s social media channels;
• update and maintain the firm’s website;
• coordinate with staff to prepare targeted email campaigns for business and individual contacts; 
• edit video content; and
• provide general support across the firm’s marketing activities. 

About you 

You will ideally have: 

• a degree or other qualification in marketing, or at least two years’ experience in a marketing role;
• confidence using, learning and adapting to digital platforms; 
• strong general computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite;
• some experience using video editing software, even at a basic level;
• strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to work professionally with senior stakeholders;
• the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and within required timeframes;
• excellent attention to detail;
• the ability to work independently and as part of a small team; and
• a positive, enthusiastic, friendly and helpful approach. 

Experience in a professional services environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
